We Shoot Dogs. And Other Stuff.
Big Air Photography specializes in natural setting, candid, outdoor photos of your best friends. Studio photography is an art form, but when I see my dogs in my mind`s eye, they are racing through the forest, leaping ocean waves, or greeting old friends at the park ... doing what dogs do best.
Big Air Photography donates a portion of all proceeds from photos shoots to That`ll Do Border Collie Rescue in Vancouver, BC.
I began taking photos of dogs because I wanted to capture forever the truly magnificent essence of my heartbeat, my best friend, Briggs the border collie, who died in January 2008. I knew his time with me would be short, and in years to come I knew I would need to feel his warm head under my hand, watch him scamper after his favourite ball and see the honesty and devotion in his soft brown eyes, even after we`d parted company.
These are the gifts I want to give my clients too.
My job, and my goal, is to capture your dog at his best. In years to come, your photos should invoke the sounds of his joy, the affection in her eyes, and the sheer delight of living in a single moment caught on camera. My job is to capture the dog you know and love best.
Big Air Photography is currently available for photo shoots on select weekends only, within 2 hours travel of Vancouver, BC. I can photograph not just your dogs, but your cats, horses, pigs and cows too!
After your session, I will provide you with a CD of the best photos, processed and ready to print, post or share with your family and friends.
Please contact me for information on rates, or to book a session.
I look forward to meeting you and your best friends.
