Big Love For Big Air Photography

I have had Big Air photography join me and my two dogs on a few walks, and I am always amazed at the quality of photos that I get from the day. It's really great to be able to be with another 'dog person', and not just someone who 'takes pictures of dogs'. I can talk about my dogs and not be at all worried that Sheena will think that I'm a crazy dog person - because I know she is, too! She seems to genuinely enjoy her time with the dogs, and does her best to make sure that they are having fun, and being themselves. She has a knack for catching them at just the right moments! This is a photographer who loves what she does, and it shows. Thank you, Big Air!!

Many photographers will say that they can capture a dog’s personality on film but Sheena does far more than that. She can capture a dog’s quirks, his spirit, his mood, his joy, his laughter, his determination and the intricate relationship with his owner and the pack. Our two border collies adopted from TDBCR are our family and Sheena’s candid shots of Charissa and Gus are among our treasures.

I not only appreciated your professionalism and your incredible talent in capturing the "soul of saints" in your photo's, I really was touched by your obvious respect and compassion in working with the animals to be themselves and let that "real self" shine thru.

Thank you, we lose our guys all too frequently and quickly, your photos mean we will always be able to remember who they really were.

In March of this year, we asked Sheena to photograph us for our upcoming Gala presentation in November. We were absolutely thrilled with the results! Our dogs are always moving in unusual ways and Sheena was able to grab beautiful shots mid-action. She created very dramatic and riveting photographs of both the dogs and the handlers! We will definitely be calling upon her again!
